Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 using Auspost.
Orders received before 12pm (AEST) each business day, (Mon-Fri), are packed and dispatched the same day.
During holiday periods, even though we may package your parcel the same day, delivery will depend on Australia Post’s Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Absolutely, all our orders are sent using Australia Post meaning delivery can be made to a PO Box or Australia Post parcel lockers. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
When will my order arrive?
This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your items leave our warehouse.
Tracking your order
An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. To track your order, please visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number.
What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held by Australia Post for the time stated on the collection card and after this it will be returned to Adorne as unclaimed. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the Adorne warehouse, you will be contacted regarding your order. If we can’t get in touch with you your order will automatically be cancelled and the total cost of the original invoice, minus shipping, will be refunded.
What happens after I place my order?
Once we receive your order you will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation number.
What happens if I don’t receive my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received an order confirmation email, please allow up to 30mins for your email to arrive and be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change my order after I’ve submitted it?
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once you have completed checkout. Please email email@example.com if this has happened.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you wish for an order to go to multiple addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.
My order has not arrived. How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

I’ve received my order but I have changed my mind. Can I return my item?
If you are having second thoughts on an item, you are welcome to return the item for an exchange. However, earrings cannot be exchanged.
Do you deliver internationally?
Not at this stage.

What if I change my mind?
Should you change your mind on your purchase, we will happily issue an exchange providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item is returned within 15 days of purchase
- The item must be in its original condition – unworn and unwashed – with all labels and tags attached
- Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items
- Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns do not apply to earrings or hair accessories.
