We understand things may not be the right fit from time to time. If you have a change of mind or prefer to exchange your item/s, whattheteacherwears offers store credit or can arrange an exchange for you - on full price items only. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
Returns/exchanges
Once you receive your item, you must contact whattheteacherwears within 7 days to exchange your item or opt for a credit note.
Items must be sent back within 7 business days of receiving your item/s.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Items can only be returned back to whattheteacherwears for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Exchanges must be of the same value. Exchanges will be held for 7 days once return is approved.
Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will only accept returned item/s that have been preapproved via email to Alex at whattheteacherwears@gmail.com. If you send items back without preapproval, they will not be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings or hats. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Shipping
The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. Standard shipping is complementary when posting your exchange items for orders in Australia.
whattheteacherwears is not liable for the loss or damage during the return transit we suggest you send via a trackable post method such as Australia Post.
Quality Control
Pleasure ensure your return or exchange contains no makeup/tan, deodorant or perfume marks/odor or animal hair/fur.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your credit or exchange.
